Level 2 charging is the standard home EV charging mode — 240V at 16–80A, delivering 3.8–19.2 kW depending on the charger and circuit. There's a wide field of Level 2 chargers on the market: the Tesla Wall Connector for the fastest standard install (covered on its own page), ChargePoint Home Flex, Wallbox Pulsar Plus, JuiceBox, Grizzl-E Smart, Enphase IQ EV Charger, and others.
We're brand-neutral on installation. If you've picked a charger, we install it. If you haven't, we'll talk through the options at the free inspection — based on your EV, your budget, your charge-speed needs, smart-features preference, and whether you have or plan to have solar.
The install itself is similar across brands: a dedicated circuit run from panel to charger location, mounting, commissioning, and the AHJ permit + inspection. The wire gauge and breaker size follow from the charger amperage you choose — and whether your panel can carry that amperage is the first thing we check.
A tech walks the panel, the charger location, and the circuit run, runs the panel-capacity math, and helps with charger selection if you're still deciding. Written quote within 48 hours.
Install scheduled once the charger is in hand — yours or ours. If a panel upgrade is needed, we sequence that first.
